    2) Is the price I see on the internet the price that i will pay or is there other costs as well?
    3) What is the difference between the guest house 3/4 base and matress and the 3/4 supreme contract base and matress?
    4) wich one would you advice me to buy?

  3. I am looking for a double bed (prefarable a very good quality Seally Double bed) . Do u also deliver in Windhoek, Namibia? I cannot not find a double bed in all FURNITURE Shops here!!

    On the 18th January I had purchased one double bed Simons at your branch in Rustenburg Mall.
    As the base of the bed was not properly balanced, I had decided to upgrade and paid an additional R 1800 for medium firm bed. This was done on 1st February and after numerous phone calls, I am still waiting for the delivery.
    That does not go well with your slogan “dial today, slreep tonight.
    Please assist with long ovedue delivery.

  5. I purchased an expensive bed from Dial a bed last year for my little one. We have since been epxeriancing problems with bed bugs. We initially assumed that it was mosquitos that was biting my little one until one day whilst cleaning,my domestic worker noticed that the bed was infact infested with bugs.I reported this to the store manager Adrian, he said that there was nothing he could do as its not part of the warranty.The bed is not defective so i am not talking about warrantys,this is beds bugs which could have come with the bed in the form of eggs from the warehouse. This matter needs to be properly investigated prior to throwing warranty rules at me.At end of the day,i am a customer and i spent a lot of money on the bed. I was also told by Adrian that if i get the bed treated for bugs, the warranty will fall away,P.S,the same warranty that doesnt cover my problem ! I reported the matter to Dial a bed head office but they just got the store to call me so i am really getting now where. I have beds in my home that are older than this one, HOW COME ONLY THIS BED IS INFESTED WITH BUGS ???

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW SOMETHING DOES YOUR BEDS HAVE A WARRANTY, IF YES FOR HOW MANY YEARS COS IN 2008/06/03 I BOUGHT A BED AND IN 2009 I COMPLAINED BECAUSE THE BED WAS HAVING FUNNY NOSE AS IF THE BED WAS 50 YEARS OLD, NO ONE MADE AND EFFORT TO COME BACK TO ME.   8. We bought a bed and after a while we change to bed for another one. There was a difference of R1000 between the beds. The store refuse to pay back the R1000. They said I must something else for that. I cannot buy R1000 of cushions and haven’t got the money for another bed, So want I want to know is what is the possibility to receive the money back?

    People normally call to complain, but similarly seldom give accolades for a job well done – this is the second time I deal with your Comapny, and you have a Customer for life!

    I purchased a bed in 2009 for R8000, a few months later the bed started to form a brownish stain…..i called dial-a-bed and was asked to call ellerines as they own dial-a-bed. they requested i call a lady by the name of Shanita who is incharge of the warehouse…. After a few e mails, she stopped replying. I then call the head office who kept me waiting til now 2012…i call them back and they promised to send someone to come assess the bed………Its 3 wks later and im still waiting! Does this have to go to court in order for this to get sorted out?!
